What we do
Our deepest work is in insurance: claims, policy administration, broker quoting, risk evaluation, and the document workflows that sit underneath all of it, for insurers across property and casualty, health, and rental lines. We bring the same approach to clients in retail, B2B software, food and beverage, and human resources. The pattern is the same wherever we work. We modernize the workflows that are slowing a business down, for teams that cannot take the risk of replacing a system they depend on to operate.
Why we exist
Most technology firms sit at one of two ends of the market, and neither one fits a mid-market operation. The large global integrators sell long, expensive transformations on timelines that do not match how fast the business actually needs to move. The offshore outsourcing shops sell cheap capacity by the hour, with no real depth in the systems they are touching.
That leaves a gap in the middle, where most companies actually live: they need serious engineering applied to their real systems, by people who understand the domain, on a timeline that fits their operation. That gap is the reason we exist.
Who's behind it
Inspiration Factory is led by its founder, Alonso Molina, who has spent his career building, modernizing, and operating enterprise systems, with his deepest work in insurance. Alonso has personally led platform modernization for insurers — including a broker quoting migration, integrated digital intake and risk evaluation, and a self-service claims portal. He is involved as delivery lead on every engagement, not as a name on a proposal who disappears after the sale.
The body of insurance technology work behind Inspiration Factory spans two decades. Inspiration Factory is the North American practice that carries that work forward, delivered by a senior team working nearshore, on US-aligned hours, in English and Spanish.
